REGIME FORGE follows privacy-by-design and data-minimization principles. We collect only the information needed to operate accounts, submissions, moderation, security, contact, newsletter, and deletion workflows.
Account data may include email address, display name, consent timestamp, verification status, login-token metadata, and basic security logs. Submission data may include project title, project text, country, optional external link, review status, and moderation notes.
We do not ask for phone numbers, exact birth dates, government IDs, home addresses, school IDs, trading account screenshots, live portfolio screenshots, face photos, or private financial documents.
We do not sell personal data, run targeted advertising, or display user emails publicly. Public display names may be pseudonymous. Student work is not published automatically.
Users and parents/guardians may request deletion or correction through the Data Deletion page. We may retain limited security or moderation records when needed to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, or prevent abuse.
